Completion of fire safety audits

Please note that if you want to have a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment undertaken of your premises it should be fully functional. The audit process includes a range of subjects and if the building is not fully functional we can not produce a report that is truly reflective of the business and its managment.

I recently attended a premises where half of it was not completed and in our report we had to say that a second assessment should be undertaken on completion of the building, this wastes your time and money.
